North Plains will hold public hearing on senior center expansion
The proposal would add a back deck, landscaping and a new covered pedestrian walkway that would connect the center to the North Plains Senior Plaza Apartments. Senior center leaders also want to remodel the inside of the center, which would include elevator and stairway improvements. The remodel would make the center more accessible for handicapped people, the applicant said.
